The TPA held another successful wheelchair instructor course, moving west from Ontario to the Roayl Glenora Club in Alberta. The particiapants had a great time learning the basics of wheelchair tennis, and national coach Kai Schramayer was very pleased with the turnout and response from those who participated in the course.

Tennis Canada National Coach Kai Schrameyer: “ Great energy and curiosity from the participants. Most of them had not been exposed to wheelchair tennis before. They all came away with a lot of respect for wheelchair tennis players and the challenge of mastering how to move efficiently on a tennis court in a wheelchair while hitting the ball. Many thanks to Tennis Alberta and Wheelchair Sports Alberta for their support and to the beautiful Royal Glenora Club for hosting the event!"
